Dick Page was great throughout the whole process with our family. From showing us the home to settlement date was within 60 days and Dick provided some knowledge that allowed us to have settlement without needing to have our current home sold. This allowed us to have a less stressful time in preparing for settlement and moving.

We recently sold our house in York, PA. Dick Page was our real estate agent who helped us sell the house fast. From the very beginning he gave us ideas & suggestions to prepare the house ready to be sold. We didn't have to spend money to "stage the house" since it is the trend now. Dick helped in other ways too. Since we were 100 miles away most of the time to let the people in for some work or for cleaning, he took care of it. Dick was a real blessing to our whole family throughout the home shopping and buying process. We always felt like we were his top priority because he would respond and set up visits immediately. Dick has a great wisdom about the market and the process, and also a sense of humor and a wealth of patience that relieved our stress. Between me, my wife and four kids, let me just say that we had A LOT of diverse and changing opinions, but Dick was unflappable and helped us all make good decisions. We can recommend him highly!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience working with Dick. He had a professional photographer come in and get stunning pictures of our house; and had great advice on staging and what renovations would be worthwhile prior to selling. We contemplated changing the colors in our kitchen and foyer because they were a little bright; but Dick said "It's going to be young people who will buy your house, leave the colors; they will like them." Well after just two and a half weeks on the market, we had an offer on our house. When we were sitting at closing with the buyers, we asked them what it was that drew them to our home and sure enough they loved the paint colors in the kitchen and foyer! Dick hit the nail on the head with that and he was such a pleasure to work with. I felt he sincerely cared about our family and our needs; and that is very important when you are embarking on such a huge step as selling your home! He worked very hard to negotiate a price for us we were comfortable with. My only regret is that we are moving out of state and cannot use him as our buying realtor. I wish every real estate decision was as easy as working with Dick was! I can't recommend him highly enough!
